Where are you located?
We are located in Allen, Texas. Home of the Eagles. A-UP! We also ship nationwide.
What sort of stones do you use?
At this time we use high quality glass stones. Swarovski crystals can be obtained for a higher material cost.
How are they crystals placed?
Each stone is placed by hand and secured with glue.
Production and Shipping
When is payment due?
a 50% retainer is due upon ordering. The final payment is due upon completion before delivery or shipping.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun because all items are handcrafted.

How long will my order take?
Each project is custom! Please refer to your estimated production time when you placed your order. In general, letterman jackets will take 2-4 weeks to embellish and dry. Shoes will take approximately 2-4 weeks to embellish and dry. Large collegiate pennants take approximately 40 hours total to bling so please plan to allow 3-6 weeks for your order.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do not accept rush orders at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship in the United States at this point.
Will I received tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. We use UPS for our shipping provider.
Care and Wear
Are rhinestones permanent?
The crystals are delicate and should be handled with care. We recommend spot cleaning only for our custom products.
How should I care for my custom blinged items?
Do not machine wash
Spot clean only
Avoid excessive water exposure
Do not place in the dryer
Store carefully to avoid rubbing or pressure on the stones.
What happens if the rhinestones fall off?
Due to the handmade nature of the custom items, occasional stone loss can occur. We can repair for a small fee depending on the repairs needed.
Jackets
How long does it take to bling a letterman jacket?
Please plan to allow 2-4 weeks to embellish and dry your letterman jacket.
How do you clean your letterman jacket?
We recommend that you dry clean it before sending it to us. After the crystals are added, we recommend spot cleaning only.
Does the price include the letterman jacket and patches?
No. The price for the bling service alone.
Shoes
Does the price include the cost of the shoes?
Right now, the price for the bling service alone. We want you to be able to try on your shoes first and know they fit and you love the fit. This method also enables us to work on any sneaker or shoe you want (after material inspection and approval).
How long does it take to bling custom shoes?
We usually spend about 15-20 hours per pair of fully blinged shoes. Please allow 2-4 weeks for embellishing and drying.
Can I wear my custom shoes everyday?
Our shoes are considered specialty items. While you can wear them to your hearts desire; excessive wear, harsh conditions, friction may affect the embellishment over time.
